Over the past two decades, we have unfortunately faced more than two dozen situations where we needed Marshall’s assistance. In the majority of these cases, Marshall resolved the matter in mediation—almost always in our favor.
In one case, when a general contractor unexpectedly passed away and the project went into default, Marshall foreclosed on the property, which was worth millions, even though we were owed less than $50,000. Ultimately, the bank that financed the project paid us in full in exchange for the property. We were the only subcontractor on the project who received payment.
In another case, a general contractor’s dispute with the project owner prevented payment to subcontractors. The case escalated to arbitration and extended over five years. Thanks to Marshall’s persistence and expertise, we not only recovered what we were owed but also secured five years of legal fees.
Looking back, choosing Marshall as our attorney was one of the best business decisions we’ve ever made. His creativity, thorough preparation, and ability to build strong, compelling arguments consistently deliver results. I would highly recommend Marshall Adams to anyone in the construction industry.
